Welcome to the official website of the 2018 Conference on Cyber Security, which will be held in Guarda Polytechnic Institute, Portugal, May 23, 2018.
In recent years the volume of data shared across digital networks as grown exponentially, offering additionally freedom to individuals and organizations, by allowing them to collaboratively create and share information in novel ways. This posed many challenges in the field of computer science, forcing scientists to develop new technologies to: digitize and curate data; storing and making available large volumes of data; and most importantly to guarantee the privacy and security of sensitive information. In todays’ globalized and digital world, information security and privacy has become a major concern of both organizations and countries: How can we access, analyze, and transmit sensitive and confidential information in the coming years?
These and other issues will be addressed in this year's edition, in which we count on your participation!
